摘要
系统性毛细血管渗漏综合征(SCLS)临床罕见,以体液和蛋白从毛细血管渗漏至组织间隙为特征.本文报道1例男性克罗恩病合并SCLS患者,探讨两种疾病可能存在的关联,提高临床医师的认识,以便更好地进行个体化治疗,改善患者预后.
Abstract
Systemic capillary leak syndrome(SCLS)is a rare clinical disease characterized by fluid and protein leakage from capillaries into the tissue space.This article reports a case of male Crohn's disease complicated with SCLS,explores the possible relationship between the two diseases,so as to improve the clinician's understanding,which is conducive to better individualized treatment and improvement of the prognosis.
