摘要

毛细管电泳技术具有高灵敏度和高分离效率,质谱技术能够提供样品的结构信息,将毛细管电泳与质谱技术联用,可具有强大的定性和定量分析能力。毛细管电泳-质谱技术的出现,使得人们能在纳升级样品水平,甚至单细胞层面,进行生物活性成分的结构分析和分子量的准确测定,是生物样本分析不可或缺的技术平台。随着该技术的发展,毛细管电泳-质谱分析方法在临床检验领域的应用开始崭露头角。 Capillary electrophoresis has high sensitivity and high separation efficiency, and mass spectrometry can provide structural information of samples. The combination of capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry can form powerful capabilities on qualitative and quantitative analysis. The presence of capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry makes it possible to accurately analyze the structure and molecular weight of bioactive components at the nanoscale sample level, or even at the single-cell level, which is an indispensable technology platform for the analysis of biological samples. With the development of this technique, the applications of capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry began to emerge in the field of clinical testing.

Abstract
