摘要

目的 了解医院神经外科住院患者医院感染情况,探讨其相关因素,以采取有效的控制措施.方法 对2010年1-12月出院的1683例神经外科患者发生的医院感染进行回顾性分析.结果 发生医院感染101例,103例次,医院感染率为6.0%,例次感染率6.1%;下呼吸道感染最多为81例占78.6%;病原菌以革兰阴性菌为主,占79.6%,革兰阳性球菌占16.1%,真菌占4.3%,分布最多的3种病原菌为肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍氏不动杆菌,分别占21.5%、17.2%、16.1%.结论 神经外科患者的医院感染发生率高,应采取积极有效的防治措施,减少医院感染的发生.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the hospital infection status of neurosurgery inpatients and discuss the related factors so as to take effective control measures. METHODS An retrospective analysis of hospital infections in 1683 neurosurgery patients who discharged from Jan 2010 to Dec 2010 was performed. RESULTS Totally 101 cases occurred in hospital infections with 103 case-times. The rate of nosocomial infections was 6. 0%i and the case-time infection rate was 6. 1%. There were 81 cases with lower respiratory tract infections , accounting for 78. 6%. gram-negative bacteria were predominant pathogens , accounting for 79. 6% , gram-positive cocci accounted for 16. 1%, and fungi accounted for 4. 3%, the 3 species of pathogens most widely distributed were Klebsiella pneumoniae(21. 5%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (17, 2%), and Acinetobacter baumanmi (16.1%). CONCLUSION The incidence of hospital infections is high in neurosurgical patients , so it should take positive and effective control measures to reduce hospital infections.
