邻苯二甲醛与戊二醛对软式内镜消毒的经济效益对比研究

摘要
目的 研究邻苯二甲醛和戊二醛消毒剂用于内镜消毒时的消毒支出、内镜周转率、对金属的腐蚀性、经济效益以及对医护人员的健康损害,为临床推广应用邻苯二甲醛提供依据.方法 进行金属腐蚀性试验,按卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)要求,进行金属腐蚀性评价;统计2011年内镜中心消毒支出、内镜周转率、金属腐蚀性、所创收益及对医护人员的健康损害,并与2010年戊二醛用于内镜消毒时作比较.结果 邻苯二甲醛对不锈钢基本无腐蚀,对碳钢、铜为轻度腐蚀,对铝有中度腐蚀,其消毒支出高于戊二醛的消毒支出,但是其消毒时间短,内镜周转率高,缩短了患者的等待时间,而且纯收益也有所提高.结论 邻苯二甲醛用于软式内镜消毒具有时间短、内镜周转率高且对医护人员刺激性小的优点,缩短了患者的等待时间,可增加医院收益,降低医院的成本,提高医院工作效率和患者满意度,应在临床上推广使用.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To study the disinfection expense, endoscope turnover rate, corrosive action on metals, economic benefits, as well as the health detriment of the health care workers as the O-phthalaldehyde and glutaraldehyde are used for the disinfection of endoscopes so as to provide basis for the promotion of O-phthalaldehyde in clinical practice. METHODS Metal corrosion test was carried out, and the metal corrosion was evaluated according to Technical Standard for Disinfection by Ministry of Public Health (2002). The disinfection expenses, endoscopic turnover rate, the corrosive action on metals, the economic benefits, as well as the health detriment of the health care workers were taken for statistical analysis, and were compared with the last year. RESULTS O-phthalaldehyde was not corrosive to stainless steel, slight corrosive to carbon steel and copper except medium corrosive on aluminum, its disinfection expenses were higher than the disinfection expense of glutaualdehyde, but the sterilization time was shorter, the endoscopic turnover rate was improved, it has shortened the patient ' s waiting time significantly, and the net income was also increased remarkably. CONCLUSION O-phthalaldehyde should be widely applied in clinical practice, with shorter disinfection time, higher endoscopes turnover rate,and less irritation to the medical staff, it can also shorten the patient s waiting time, increase the hospital revenue, reduce the hospital costs, and improve the work efficiency and the patients satisfaction and thus is worthy of the promotion in the hospital.
