摘要
目的 探讨异丙醇复合消毒湿巾对听诊器、B超探头、乳腺红外线诊断仪探头等健康体检器械的消毒效果.方法 依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》,消毒前对健康体检中使用的上述器械进行采样,其后分别用异丙醇复合消毒湿巾、浓度为500 mg/L含氯消毒剂、75％乙醇擦拭,于擦拭后即刻、使用5、10、20、30人次后分别采样,进行细菌学检测,比较消毒效果并进行统计分析.结果 消毒前样本带菌率100.00％,消毒后即刻采样,异丙醇复合消毒湿巾、75％乙醇、500 mg/L含氯消毒剂的杀菌率均＞99.78％;使用5、10、20、30人次后采样,异丙醇复合消毒湿巾的消毒效果与500 mg/L含氯消毒剂相似,差异无统计学意义;与75.00％乙醇相比,异丙醇复合消毒湿巾的消毒效果优于乙醇,差异有统计学意义.结论 异丙醇复合消毒湿巾与500 mg/L含氯消毒剂对受检的体检器械均具有良好的消毒效果;但异丙醇复合消毒湿巾使用方便,与含氯消毒剂相比,对器械无损害,对人体无不良反应.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To discuss the disinfection effect of caviwipes on stethoscope,B ultrasound probe and breast infrared probe that were used in health examination.METHODS According to the Disinfection Technical Specification,the samples were collected from stethoscope,B ultrsound probe,and breast infrared probe.The instruments were respectively disinfected with caviwipes,75％ ethanol,and 500mg/L chlorine-containing.After three different ways of disinfection for 5,10,20,and 30 case-times,the instruments were sampled,the bacteriological detection was performed,and the statistical analysis of the disinfection effect was carried out.RESULTS The positive rate of the bacteria sampled from the instrument was 100.00％ before the disinfection.The sterilization rates were all over 99.78 ％ after the disinfection; after the instruments were used for 5,10,20,and 30 case-times,the disinfection effect of caviwipes was similar to 500mg/L chlorine-containing,the difference was not significant; the disinfection effect of caviwipes was superior to 75.00％ ethanol,the difference was significant.CONCLUSION Caviwipes and 500mg/L chlorine-containing have good disinfection effect on the health examination instruments.Caviwipes is simple to use,compared with the 500mg/L chlorine-containing,it is harmless to the test instruments,without adverse reaction to human.
