新型冠状病毒XBB变异株研究进展

摘要
随着新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)不断进化和变异,相继出现多种变异株.XBB变异株于2022年8月13日首次在印度发现,具有传播快、适应性强、免疫逃避等特点,逐渐成为全球主要流行毒株.本文就XBB变异株的致病性、流行特征、免疫逃逸特性和现今疫苗效果等进行总结并对未来应对XBB的防控方式提出建议.
Abstract
As the severe acute respiratory syndrome corona-virus 2(SARS-CoV-2)continues to evolve and mutate,a variety of variant strains have emerged.XBB variant strains were firstly discovered in India on August 13,2022 and have displayed the characteristics of rapid transmission,strong adaptability and immune evasion,and the vari-ant strains have gradually become the most prevalent around the world.The pathogenicity,epidemiological char-acteristics and features of immue escape of the XBB variant strains as well as the effect of vaccines were summa-rized in the article,and coping measures for prevention and control of the XBB strains were proposed.
