Serum GP73,miR-122a and miR-125b of sepsis patients complicated with lirer injury and their predictive values
OBJECTIVE To investigate the predictive value of serum Golgi glycoprotein 73(GP73),microribonucle-ic acid 122a(miR-122a),and microribonucleic acid 125b(miR-125b)in sepsis patients with liver injury.METHODS Totally 120 patients with sepsis complicated by liver injury admitted to the First People's Hospital of Zhenjiang City from Jan.2019 to Mar.2023 were selected as the case group,and were divided into the mild group(42 cases),the moderate group(44 cases),and the severe group(34 cases)according to the degree of liver inju-ry,and 132 patients with simple sepsis admitted during the same period were selected as the control group;the serum levels of GP73,miR-122a,and miR-125b were compared among the case group,the control group and pa-tients with sepsis complicated with liver injury of different degrees of liver injury,and plotted the receiver operat-ing characteristic(ROC)curve,the predictive value of serum GP73,miR-122a,and miR-125b for sepsis compli-cated with liver injury were analyzed.RESULTS The serum GP73,miR-122a,and miR-125b in the case group were higher than the control(P<0.05).The serum GP73,miR-122a,and miR-125b in the severe group were higher than the moderate and the mild groups(P<0.05),the moderate group were all higher than the mild group(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)value of serum GP73,miR-122a,and miR-125b combined for the diagnosis of sepsis complicated with liver injury was 0.937,which was higher than that of serum GP73,miR-122a,and miR-125b detected separately(0.872,0.847,0.806,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The Serum GP73,miR-122a,and miR-125b levels were highly expressed in patients with sepsis complicated by liver injury.The changes in levels of three were involved in the progression of the patients condition,and diagnostic value of the combined detection of the three was higher in sepsis-complicated liver injury.
