Effect of Baofukang suppository on treatment of cervical HPV infection
OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of Bafukang suppository in the treatment of cervical hu-man papillomavirus(HPV)infection and its HPV conversion rate.METHODS Totally 64 cases of cervical HPV infection patients treated in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City from Feb.2020 to Feb.2021 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into Bafukang supposal group(Bafukang supposal treatment)and in-terferon supposal group(interferon supposal treatment),with 32 cases in each group,and the effect of the inter-vention was analyzed and compared.RESULTS The curative effect of Bafukang Supposal group was better than that of interferon supposal group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the indicators between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in Bafukang supposer group were higher than those in interferon supposer group,while the CD8+was lower than that in interferon supposer group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pyorrhea,abnormal amount of leucorrhea and cervical erosion scores in Bafukang supposal group were lower than those in interferon supposal group(P＜0.05).The levels of IL-2 and IL-1β in Bafukang supposal group were lower than those in interferon supposer group(P＜0.05).The HPV con-version rate of Baofukang suppository group was higher than interferon suppository group(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION The effect of Baofukang supposal in treating patients with cervical HPV infection was more effec-tive,and at the same time it could enhance the rate of high-risk HPV conversion,and quickly promote the relief of inflammatory reactions,regulate immune function,and alleviate the symptoms.
