Application of intelligent early warning and closed-loop management in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in isolated patients
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of intelligent early warning and closed-loop management in the prevention and control of nosocomial infection in isolated patients.METHODS The automatic labeling of isolation labels and real-time intelligent warning throughout the system were used as the technical support,and the multi-department joint development of closed-loop management procedures and continuous improvement were used as process management.RESULTS The implementation rates of prevention and control measures by medical staff during the process of isolation patients undergoing examinations after intervention was increased(P<0.001),the compliance rates of hand hygiene by medical staff increased from 62.95%to 86.10%(P<0.001),and the quali-fied rates of environmental hygiene monitoring increased from 51.11%to 82.50%(P<0.001).CONCLUSION The application of intelligent early warning and closed-loop management during the process of isolation patient under-going examinations improved the awareness and implementation rates of nosocomial infection prevention and con-trol measures among medical staff,reduced the risk of nosocomial transmission,improved the work efficiency of medical technology departments,and ensured medical quality and patient safety.
