集束化培训模式对某三甲综合医院感控员自主学习能力的影响

目的 探讨集束化培训模式对某三甲综合医院感控员自主学习能力的影响.方法 以2022年7月-2022年12月空军军医大学第二附属医院114个科室的感控员为对照组,采用传统培训方式进行院感理论操作培训;以2023年1月-2023年6月医院114个科室的感控员为研究组,采用集束化培训模式进行医院感染培训,聚焦临床医院感染控制重点难点问题,制定多维度、全方位、定制化培训方案,利用多元化培训形式,分层次、分专业、分形式对医院不同岗位(医生、护理、医技)感控员进行院感知识培训,定期考核与督导,进行多渠道结果反馈.采用SPSS 26.0统计学软件进行分析,采用t检验比较两组感控员的理论成绩、操作成绩、护理人员自主学习能力评分,采用卡方检验比较两组感控员的培训满意度.结果 研究组理论成绩、操作成绩、自主学习能力评分均高于对照组,研究组培训满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 集束化培训模式可明显提高感控员的理论成绩、操作成绩、自主学习能力及培训满意度,可在感控员培训中进一步推广应用.
Effect of cluster training mode on autonomous learning ability of infection control personnel in a three-A general hospital
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of cluster training mode on autonomous learning ability of infection control personnel in a three-A general hospital.METHODS The infection control personnel were recruited from 114 departments of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from Jul 2022 to Dec 2022 were assigned as the control group,the training for theory and operation of nosocomial infection was carried out by traditional training method.The infection control personnel who were recruited from the 114 departments from Jan 2023 to Jun 2023 were assigned as the study group,and the training for nosocomial infection was carried out by cluster training mode.Multidimensional,comprehensive and customized training programs were formulated by fo-cusing on the key points for clinical control of nosocomial infection.The training of nosocomial infection knowledge was conducted for the infection control personnel in different positions(doctors,nursing staff,medical techni-cians)of the hospital at different levels,specialties and forms by means of diversified training mode,regular as-sessment and supervision was carried out,and the feedback of results was collected by multiple channels.Statisti-cal analysis was performed by using SPSS 26.0 software;the theory score,operation score and score of autono-mous learning ability of nursing staff were compared between the two groups by t-test,and the satisfaction with the training was compared between the two groups by means of chi-square test.RESULTS The theory score,oper-ation score and score of autonomous learning ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the satisfaction with training of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION The cluster training mode may remarkably raise the scores of theory,operation and autonomous learning ability as well as the satisfaction with the training,and it is worthy to be further promo-ted in the training of infection control personnel.
