胃癌患者血清miR-204和miR-101及miR-181b表达与TNM分期和幽门螺杆菌感染的关联

目的 探讨胃癌患者血清miR-204、miR-101、miR-181b表达与不同TNM分期和幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的关联。方法 回顾性选取2018年10月-2022年12月武威市中医院收治的胃癌患者102例(病例组)和胃炎患者110例(对照组)作为研究对象,分析其临床资料。检测血清miR-204、miR-101、miR-181b水平,分析两组患者血清miR-204、miR-101、miR-181b水平,不同Hp感染和不同TNM分期胃癌患者血清miR-204、miR-101、miR-181b水平;采用Spearman法分析胃癌患者血清miR-204、miR-101、miR-181b水平与不同TNM分期及Hp感染的相关性。结果 病例组血清中miR-204、miR-101水平较对照组下降(P<0。05),而miR-181b水平升高(P<0。05);胃癌Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、发生淋巴结转移和Hp阳性患者血清miR-204、miR-101水平分别较Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、未发生淋巴结转移、Hp阴性患者降低(P<0。05),而miR-181b水平则相反(P<0。05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,胃癌患者血清miR-204、miR-101与Hp感染及不同TNM分期呈负相关(P<0。05),而血清miR-181b水平与Hp感染及不同TNM分期呈正相关(P<0。05)。结论 胃癌患者血清中miR-204、miR-101呈低表达,miR-181b呈现高表达;三者表达情况与胃癌患者不同TNM分期及Hp感染密切相关;且胃癌血清miR-204、miR-101水平与Hp感染及不同TNM分期均呈负相关,而血清miR-181b水平与Hp感染及不同TNM分期呈正相关。
Correlation of serum miR-204,miR-101,miR-181b expression levels with TNM stages and Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with gastric cancer
OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation of the expression of serum miR-204,miR-101,miR-181b with different TNM stages and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in patients with gastric cancer.METHODS A total of 102 patients with gastric cancer(as the case group)and 110 patients with gastritis(as the control group)admitted to Wuwei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Oct 2018 to Dec 2022 were retrospectively in-cluded in the study and the clinical data were analyzed.Serum levels of miR-204,miR-101 and miR-181b were de-tected and compared between the two groups,among patients with gastric cancer with different Hp infection and different TNM stages.Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation between serum miR-204,miR-101,miR-181b levels and different TNM stages and Hp infection in patients with gastric cancer.RESULTS The serum levels of miR-204 and miR-101 in the case group were decreased compared with those in the control group(P<0.05),while the serum level of miR-181b was increased(P<0.05).The serum levels of miR-204 and miR-101 in gastric cancer patients at Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage,with lymph node metastasis and HP-positive infection were lower than those at Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage,with HP-negative and without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),while the level of miR-181b were higher(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum miR-204 and miR-101 levels were nega-tively correlated with Hp infection and high TNM stages in gastric cancer patients(P<0.05),and serum miR-181b levels were positively correlated with Hp infection and high TNM stages(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Serum miR-204 and miR-101 expression levels are low in gastric cancer,while miR-181b is highly expressed in gastric cancer.The levels of the three indexes are closely related to the progression of gastric cancer and Hp infection.In addition,serum miR-204 and miR-101 levels are negatively correlated with Hp infection and higher TNM stages,while serum miR-181b level was positively correlated with Hp infection and higer TNM stages.
