Predictive value of serum FABP4,PPARy and miR-31-5p on pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with preeclampsia complicated by Hp infection
OBJECTIVE To investigate the application value of serum fatty acid-binding protein 4(FABP4),peroxi-some proliferator-activated receptor γ(PPARy)and micrornas 31-5p(miR-31-5p)in predicting pregnancy out-comes in patients with preeclampsia(PE)complicated with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection, providing refer-ence and basis for early diagnosis of adverse pregnancy outcomes.METHODS A total of 198 PE patients with Hp infection admitted to Zhoushan Women and Children's Hospital from Jan 2020 to Jun 2022 were retrospectively collected and divided into the adverse outcome group(75 cases)and good outcome group(123 cases)according to the pregnancy outcomes. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in PE patients with Hp infection was ana-lyzed,and the general data, serum FABP4,PPARγ and miR-31-5p levels between the two groups were com-pared.Above serological indexes were analyzed to evaluate the predictive value on adverse pregnancy outcomes in PE patients with Hp infection.RESULTS Among 198 PE patients with Hp infection,75 patients had adverse pregnancy outcomes, and the incidence of total adverse pregnancy outcomes was 37.88%.The gestational week of delivery was shorter and the cesarean section rate was higher in the adverse outcome group(P<0.05).The levels of serum FABP4 and miR-31-5p in the adverse group were higher while the level of serum PPARγ was lower(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)value, sensitivity and specificity of serum FABP4,PPARy and miR-31-5p combined detection to predict adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with PE complicated with Hp infection were higher than those of the individual detection(P<0.05).CONCLUSION PE patients with Hp infection have shorter gestation and are delivered by cesarean section.Serum FABP4,PPARγ and miR-31-5p levels may have higher predictive value on adverse pregnancy outcomes.
