摘要
目的 在医院高质量发展要求和全国倡导"智慧医院"的时代背景下,介绍医院感染信息化建设与发展情况,以及其对医院高质量发展内涵的支撑意义.方法 采取文献查询、情况调研、总结分析等方式,结合研究团队的工作经验与见解,对医院感染信息化建设的意义、成果等方面进行系统阐述.结果 本文重点围绕医院感染信息化建设的意义、面临的挑战、主要成果以及未来需求等方面,系统地阐述其概况与影响,同时论证了其对医院高质量发展的助力作用.结论 医院感染信息化建设是提升医院感染管理与防控效能,推动全国医院感染同质化、规范化、标准化建设的关键举措,也是保证医疗质量与安全,促进智慧医院建设和医院高质量发展的重要组成部分.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE Under the requirements for hospitals'high-quality development and the national advocacy of"smart hospitals",to introduce the construction and development of Healthcare-Associated Infection(HAI)in-formatization,and to analyze its supporting significance to the connotation of high-quality development of hospi-tals.METHODS Through literature review,situation investigation,and summarization analysis,combined with the work experience and insights of the research team,this paper systematically expounds the significance and a-chievements of HAI informatization construction.RESULTS This article systematically describes the current situa-tion and impact of HAI informatization construction mainly from the aspects of its significance,challenges faced,main achievements and future needs.Meanwhile,its supportive meaning on hospital-high-quality development is also demonstrated.CONCLUSION HAI informatization construction is a key measure to improve the efficiency of HAI surveillance and prevention,promoting the standardized construction of HAI nationwide.It is also an impor-tant component of ensuring medical quality and safety,and promoting the smart-hospital construction and hospi-tal-high-quality development.
