2023年贵州省医院感控专职人员核心能力现况调查和集中培训及其效果

目的 了解贵州省医疗机构医院感染防控专职人员核心能力现况,优化感控人员核心能力培训方案,为后续强化和提升感控专职人员能力建设的方向提供科学依据.方法 设计医院感染预防和控制(HIPC)专职人员的核心能力调查问卷,含感染预防与控制技能、监测与流行病学调查能力、管理与沟通能力以及培训与研究能力四个核心维度,67个测量条目.于2023年4-6月开展的为期3天的贵州省医院感染管理专职人员核心临床实践能力培训班前后,对参训学员进行问卷调查;对结果进行分析评价.结果 贵州省医疗机构感控人员结构主要以女性(88.38%)、护理专业(67.55%)、本科学历(75.30%)为主;感控人员的核心能力以感染预防与控制技能得分最高,培训与研究能力最弱;性别、专业背景、职称、从事院感工作年限以及人员类别是影响核心能力得分的重要因素(P<0.05);年龄、职称、从事院感工作年限和人员类别是核心能力培训效果的影响因素(P<0.05).结论 贵州省医疗机构医院感染防控专职人员的结构构成有待优化,核心能力仍需持续提高.培训是提升感控人员核心能力的有效方式,未来的培训模式应针对不同感控群体和需求精准、分层开展.
Prevalence survey of core capability of professional staff of infection control and effect of centralized training in 2023
OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of core competencies of nosocomial infection and control in personnel in the medical institutions of Guizhou Province,and to optimize the training program on core competen-cy of them,which can provide a scientific basis for further guide the improvement of capacity building of nosoco-mial infection and control in full-time staff.METHODS A questionnaire for hospital infection prevention and con-trol(HIPC)professionals was designed,including 67 items in four core dimensions,which were infection preven-tion and control skills,surveillance and epidemiological investigation skills,management and communication,and capability of training and research.The questionnaire survey was conducted on participants before and after a 3-day training course of core clinical practice competencies for HIPC professionals in Guizhou Province during April-June 2023,and the results were analyzed and evaluated.RESULTS The composition of HIPC practitioners in medical in-stitutions in Guizhou was mainly female(88.38%),nursing majors(67.55%)and bachelor's degree(75.30%).The core competencies of HIPC staff scored the highest in infection prevention and control skills and the lowest in training and research.Gender,specialty background,professional title,working years in HIPC,and category of personnel were important factors for the core competency scores(P<0.05).The factors influencing the effective-ness of core competency training were age,professional title,working years in HIPC and category of personnel(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The structural composition of hospital infection management personnel of medical institu-tions in Guizhou Province remains to be optimized,and the core competencies of HIPC practitioners require continuous improvement.Training is an effective approach to enhance the core competencies of HIPC practitioners,and the training models for the future should be precise and tiered targeting different HIPC practitioners and requirements.
