长新冠相关性心血管疾病的研究进展

摘要
随着新冠康复患者的数量愈发增多,长新冠对人类健康所造成的负面影响也愈发加重,长新冠相关性心血管疾病被越来越多的研究所报导,减少疾病对社会造成负担的前提是对这种疾病充分的了解和认知,本文通过对长新冠的定义和标准以及长新冠相关性心血管疾病发生的临床证据、发病机制、评估和治疗以及预防进行系统的综述,用以梳理该疾病在新冠疫情后期的研究进展,以应对长新冠相关性心血管疾病带来的危机.
Abstract
With an increasing number of COVID-19 rehabilitated patients,the negative impact of long COVID on human health has become more and more serious.Long COVID related cardiovascular diseases have been reported by more and more research institutes.The premise of reducing the burden of diseases on society is to fully under-stand and recognize this disease.In this article,the definition and criteria of diagnosis of long CO VID are elucida-ted,and the clinical evidence,pathogenesis,evaluation,treatment and prevention are systematically reviewed,in order to sort out the research progress of the disease in the post-COVID-19 era,dealing with the crisis caused by the cardiovascular disease associated with long-COVID.
