Relationship between premature rupture of fetal membrane complicated with genital tract infection and miR-125,GRO-α and MCP-1 of puerpera and influencing factors
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between premature rupture of membranes(PROM)complicat-ed with genital tract infection and micrornA-125(miR-125),growth-regulating oncogene-α(GRO-α)and mono-cyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)of the puerpera and analyze the influencing factors.METHODS A total of 301 puerpera with PROM who were treated in Jiangxi Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from Jan 2019 to Dec 2022 were assigned as the study group and were divided into the infection group with 61 ca-ses and the non-infection group with 240 cases according to the status of genital tract infection.Meanwhile,322 healthy pregnant women without PROM were chosen as the control group. The levels of peripheral blood miR-125,GRO-α and MCP-1 were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively.Logistic analysis was performed for the influencing factors for the genital tract infection in the PROM puerpera.RESULTS Logistic regression analysis showed that gestational age less than 35 weeks, time of membrane rupture no less than 12 hours, postpartum hemorrhage, complication with gestational hypertension and complication with diabetes mellitus were the influencing factors for the genital tract infection in the PROM puerpera(OR=2.056,2.113,2.004,2.275,1.954,P<0.05).The levels of miR-125,GRO-α and MCP-1 of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of miR-125,GRO-α and MCP-1 of the infection group were significantly higher than those of the non-infection group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The PROM puerpera complicated with genital tract infection show high expressions of miR-125,GRO-α and MCP-1.The gestational age less than 35 weeks, time of mem-brane rupture no less than 12 hours, postpartum hemorrhage, complication with gestational hypertension and complication with diabetes mellitus are the influencing factors for the genital tract infection in the PROM puerpera.
