摘要
病毒,尤其是新型冠状病毒、甲型流感病毒、艾滋病毒、登革热病毒以及乙型肝炎病毒等常见病毒,严重影响人类生命健康;同时随着人类活动空间的不断扩大,许多新突发病毒性传染病持续对人类社会造成潜在威胁.本文对病毒的侵染过程和人胞途径研究进展进行了较系统的综述,为今后病毒侵染机制、靶向病毒入胞途径的广谱抗病毒药物以及新型病毒载体研究提供重要参考.
Abstract
Viruses,especially the common viruses such as SARS-CoV-2,influenza A virus,human immunodefi-ciency virus,dengue virus and hepatitis B virus,seriously affect human life and health.Meanwhile,many new outbreaks of viral infectious diseases continue to pose a potential threat to human society as the space for human activities continues to expand.This paper provides a systematic review of the progress of research on processes of viral invasion and invasion pathways into cells,which provides important references for the future research on the mechanisms of viral invasion,broad-spectrum antiviral drugs targeting the invasion pathways into cells and novel viral vectors.
