Serotypes,Hey,HSP60 and gastrin of coronary heart disease patients complicated with Helicobacter pylori infection
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of serum type and degree of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection on serum homocysteine(Hcy),heat shock protein 60(HSP60)and gastrin(gastrin)levels in patients with coro-nary heart disease.METHODS A total of 368 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Wuhan First Hospi-tal from Mar.2019 to Mar.2023 were selected as the study group, and 370 healthy subjects who underwent physi-cal examination in Wuhan First Hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group. The clinical data, status of Hp infection and levels of serum Hcy,HSP60 and gastrin of the two groups were analyzed. The serum levels of Hcy,HSP60 and gastrin in patients with coronary heart disease with different Hp infection serotypes and different infection degrees were compared.RESULTS The proportion of Hp infection and type Ⅰ pa-tients in the study group was higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.05).Serum levels of Hcy,HSP60 and gastrin in the study group were higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of Hcy,HSP60 and gastrin showed a gradual increase in the non-infected,type Ⅱ and the type group(P<0.05).The serum levels of Hcy,HSP60 and gastrin in the severe infection group were higher than those in the mild infection group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The occurrence of Hp infection in patients with coronary heart dis-ease could cause changes in levels of serum Hcy,HSP60 and gastrin, and at the same time levels of serum Hcy,HSP60 and gastrin were related to the serotype and infection degree of patients with coronary heart disease with Hp infection, which was expected to be a marker for predicting the Hp infection in patients with coronary heart disease.
