Analysis of notifiable communicable diseases outbreak report in a tertiary hospital,2019-2023
OBJECTIVE To analyze the status and distribution of the reporting of notifiable communicable diseases in a tertiary hospital in Beijing,and to provide referencefor the management of notifiable communicable diseases.METHODS The"Notifiable Communicable Disease Reporting System"was used to collect information on notifia-ble communicable diseases from Jan.2019 to Dec.2023,and the characteristics of notifiable communicable disea-ses were summarized and analyzed descriptively.RESULTS A total of 12 292 notifiable communicable diseases were reported from 2019-2023,including 4 093(33.30%)cases of Class B infectious diseases,6 840(55.64%)of class C infectious diseases,and 1 359(11.06%)of other statutorily managed and key monitored infectious dis-eases.The top three reported notifiable communicable diseases were influenza(6 339 cases,51.57%),corona vi-rus disease 2019(COVID-19)(2 383 cases,19.39%),and hepatitis B(996 cases,8.10%).The highest number of notifiable communicable diseases was reported in the autumn and winter,and both were dominated by influenza.CONCLUSION Influenza,COVID-19 and hepatitis B were the focus of the daily prevention and control of infectious diseases in the hospital,which should be strengthened.At the same time,it should strengthen its ability to deal with the disposal of seasonal acute infectious diseases,such as influenza in autumn and winter,and make emergen-cy plans in advance.
