基于全自动清洗消毒机的管腔器械洗消干燥效果

目的 探讨管腔器械在全自动清洗消毒机中的干燥效果.方法 选择2023年6-9月使用的管腔器械2 000支作为本实验的研究对象,按照常规操作置于全自动清洗消毒机进行清洗消毒及干燥处理,随机分为A、B、C、D四组,每组500支器械,干燥时间分别为15、25、35、45 min,处理完成后对每件器械的外表面及管腔内部的包括关键部位的干燥效果进行目测及管腔器械检测工作站检查,统计每次处理的外表面及管腔内部干燥合格率,检验每次处理之间及同一次处理管腔内外包括关键部位合格率,并对器械上面水分残留的位置进行统计.结果 4组器械表面干燥合格率差异无统计学意义;A组器械管腔内部干燥合格率低于B,C,D组(P<0.05),B、C、D组差异无统计学意义;A组处理器械外表面与管腔内部干燥合格率差异有统计学意义,B,C,D组差异无统计学意义;同时发生在阀门及螺纹处水分残留的器械相对于其他部位占比最高(P<0.05),干燥时间延长在一定程度上可改善此部位的干燥效果.结论 器械管腔内部较外表面难以干燥,在干燥温度不变的情况下适当延长干燥时间在一定程度上可提高器械管腔内部干燥合格率;阀门及螺纹处是器械易残留水分的部位,需针对器械的特殊结构对器械的干燥过程进行特殊设计.
Effect of fully automatic cleaning and sterilizing machine on cleaning,disinfection and drying of tubular instruments
OBJECTIVE To investigate the drying effect of tubular instruments in automatic cleaning and sterilizing machine.METHODS Totally 2 000 pieces of luminal instruments used from Jun.to Sep.2023 were selected as the study subjects of this experiment,and were placed in the automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine for cleaning,disinfecting,and drying according to the routine operation.The instruments were then randomly divided into four groups of A,B,C,and D,with 500 pieces of instruments in each group,and the drying times was 15,25,35,and 45 minutes,respectively.After the completion of the treatment,the drying effect of the external surface and the inner lumen of each instrument,including critical components,was visually inspected and checked by a lumen instrument testing workstation.The drying pass rates of the external surface and the inner lumen of each treat-ment were counted,the pass rate of both the external and internal lumen including the key parts was examined be-tween each treatment and in the same treatment,and the location of the moisture residue on the top of the instru-ment was also counted.RESULTS There was no significant difference in the qualification rate of surface drying in the four groups.The internal drying qualification rate of the instrument lumen in group A was lower than that in groups B,C,and D(P<0.05),and the difference in groups B,C,and D was not significant.There was statisti-cal significant difference in the drying qualification rate between the external surface and the internal lumen in group A,while there was no significant difference in groups B,C,and D.At the same time,the proportion of moisture residue occurred at the valve and thread of the instrument was the highest compared to other parts of the body(P<0.05),and an extension of the drying time could improve the drying effect of this part to a certain ex-tent.CONCLUSION The inner lumen of the instrument was more difficult to be dried than the outer surface,in the case of the drying temperature remains unchanged,the appropriate extension of the drying time to a certain extent could improve the qualification rate of the drying of the inner lumen of the instruments.The valve and thread com-ponents were the parts of the instrument that were prone to water retention,and the drying process should be spe-cially designed for the special structure of the instrument.
