Application of seamless integrated emergency care mode in emergency treatment of patients with accident-induced acute posttraumatic wound infection
OBJECTIVE To study effect of seamless integrated emergency care mod on emergency treatment of the patients with accident-induced acute posttraumatic wound infection.METHODS A total of 80 patients with acci-dent-induced acute posttraumatic wound infection who were treated in emergency surgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from Jan 2021 to Jan 2022 were enrolled in the study and were divided into the conventional group with 40 cases and the seamless group with 40 cases by drawing lots. The conventional group was treated with emergency nursing moder intervention, and the seamless group was given the seamless in-tegrated emergency nursing mode intervention. The first aid effect, relevant time indexes, complications and satis-faction with nursing were observed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS The time of diagnosis,inter-val between emergency treatment and surgery, interval between emergency treatment and admission to ward, and length of hospital were significantly shorter in the seamless group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).The Glasgow coma score(GCS),Glasgow outcome score(GOS),rate of successful rescue and satisfaction with nurs-ing were significantly higher in the seamless group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality scale(PSQI),pain score and incidence of complications were significantly lower in the seamless group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The seamless integrated emergency care model can achieve re-markable effect on emergency treatment of the patients with accident-induced acute posttraumatic wound infec-tion,significantly alleviate the postoperative pain degree and improve the sleeping quality of the patients.
