新型冠状病毒感染治疗药物基因组学研究进展

新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)感染席卷全球之际,由于缺乏特异性治疗药物,许多非标签药物被紧急用于新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)的治疗.药物基因组学不仅在心血管、肿瘤、免疫等领域已广泛应用于临床,在COVID-19的疫情防控、精准用药和疫苗研发中也发挥了潜在的临床应用价值.本文针对COVID-19药物基因组学进行了文献调研和总结,重点描述了抗病毒小分子药物、激素类药物、免疫调节药物和非甾体抗炎药对治疗COVID-19疗效和安全性影响,新型冠状病毒疫苗的药物基因组学进展,以及与COVID-19严重程度密切相关的基因变异.此外,我们还针对COVID-19患者精准用药的关键临床影响因素之一药物间相互作用进行了阐述,旨在为COVID-19的精准诊疗提供参考依据.
Progress of research on pharmacogenomics for treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infection
As the novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)infection wreaking havoc around the world,many off-label drugs were urgently used to treat coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)due to a lack of specific medication.Phar-macogenomics has been widely applied in several fields of medicine such as cardiovascular,tumor,immunity and other fields.Meantime,it also shows potential clinical application value in prevention and control of COVID-19 ep-idemic,precise medication and development of vaccine.The relevant literatures were reviewed and summarized for the pharmacogenomics of COVID-19,the review focuses on the effects of antiviral micromolecule drugs,hormone drugs,immunomodulatory drugs and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on treatment of COVID-19 and safe-ty,the progress of research on pharmacogenomics for SARS-CoV-2 vaccine and genetic variation closely associated with severity of COVID-19.In addition,it describes the drug interaction,one of the key factors affecting the pre-cise medication for COVID-19,so as to provide guidance for precise diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19.
