Requirements for information construction of management of specimen submission for pathogen detection
In response to the data quality bias and difficulties in accurate management of specimen submission for pathogen detection and to improve the pathogenic detection rate before pre-treatment in medical institutions,infor-mation construction of diagnosis and treatment related to etiology inspection was proposed.The basic construction functions,data standardization,statistical caliber parameter configuration,and information intervention manage-ment of pathogen submission were proposed for the diagnosis and treatment and infection control information sys-tem.It provides an important reference for medical institutions to obtain accurate and standardized indicators of pathogenic examination and promote accurate and efficient management of pathogenic examination and referral in medical institutions.
