Effect of erbium laser on treatment of 75 patients with oral periodontal disease

摘要
目的 分析白细胞介素-22(IL-22)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)检测水平在牙周病中的相关性,以及牙周病感染的治疗效果.方法 对河北北方学院附属第一医院2021年11月-2022年5月基础治疗加铒激光治疗的75例患口腔牙周病(研究组)病例及75例基础治疗的牙周病(对照组)病例予以研究,检测组间的探诊深度(PD)、出血指数(BI)、附着丧失(AL)及超基准值(DOB)、血清生化有关指标(IL-22与TNF-α的测定水平).结果 治疗前研究组、对照组的BI、PD、AL以及DOB的数值指标无统计学差异,治疗后的研究组以上指标低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗前研究组、对照组的IL-22与TNF-α检测水平无统计学差异,治疗后的研究组以上指标低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 牙周病Hp感染者的血清IL-22与TNF-α检测水平过高,基础治疗加铒激光联合治疗的效果优于单一的基础治疗.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the correlation of interleukin-22(IL-22)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels with oral periodontal disease,and to evaluate the treatment effect of periodontal infection.METHODS Sev-enty-five patients with oral periodontal disease given basic treatment plus erbium laser treatment(as the study group)and 75 patients with periodontal disease under basic treatment(as the control group)in the First Hospital Affiliated to Hebei North University from Nov 2021 to May 2022 were recruited.The depth of probing(PD),bleeding index(BI),loss of attachment(AL),overbenchmark(DOB),and serum related biochemical indexes(IL-22 and TNF-α)were detected between the groups.RESULTS Before treatment,there was no significant differ-ence in the values of BI,PD,AL and DOB between the study group and the control group.The above indicators in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant differences in the indicators of IL-22 and TNF-α levels between the study group and the control group before treat-ment,while the indexes in the study group after treatment was significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION The serum IL-22 and TNF-α levels in Hp-positive patients with periodontal disease are too high,and the combined administration of basic treatment plus erbium laser is better than single basic treat-ment.
