摘要
区域性消毒供应中心是指多个医疗机构在同一地区统一集中清洗、消毒多个医疗器械、器具和物品,包装、灭菌和发放的消毒供应中心.它是国家"医改"的大背景下,医联体发展建设下产生的,传统的消毒供应室已经难以满足当今需求,成立区域性消毒供应中心已经成为国内乃至全世界新建医院的发展新趋势.本文结合现行的政策要求,对近年来开展区域性消毒供应中心的发展历程、建设优势、建设的难点和问题、建议和做法等方面进行了综述,为下一步开展区域性消毒供应中心提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE Regional disinfection supply center refers to a disinfection supply center in which multiple medical institutions centrally clean,disinfect,package,sterilize and distribute multiple medical instruments,u-tensils and articles in the same area.It emerged under the background of the national"medical reform"and the construction of the National Medical Alliance in China,when the traditional disinfection supply room has been dif-ficult to meet today's needs.The establishment of regional disinfection supply center has become a new trend in the development of new hospitals in China and even the world.According to the current policy requirements,this paper summarizes the development history,construction advantages,difficulties,problems,suggestions and prac-tices of regional disinfection supply centers in recent years,so as to provide reference for the next development of regional disinfection supply center.
