目的 观察弱酸性次氯酸对口腔综合治疗台水路(DUWLs)消毒及生物膜清除效果.方法 采集口腔科36台口腔综合治疗台的牙科手机、三用喷枪和漱口水共108份水样,分析微生物污染状况并鉴定.用不同浓度次氯酸对供水管路和口腔综合治疗台水路进行冲洗消毒,随机选取13台牙椅,采集消毒后牙科手机、三用喷枪和漱口水出水端水样,进行微生物培养.结果 消毒前牙科手机、三用喷枪、漱口水水样菌落总数中位数分别为340、240、217 CFU/ml;检出致病菌以铜绿假单胞菌、嗜温鞘氨醇杆菌、产吲哚金黄杆菌等为主;50 ppm次氯酸定时消毒,第1天DUWLs末端水样菌落总数下降,然后迅速升高,第3~5天达到顶峰,各类出水端水样菌落总数中位数均为消毒前的10余倍,并有黄褐色絮状物流出.消毒后第7天菌落总数下降.100 ppm定时消毒第1天断崖式下降,第3天各类出水端水样菌落总数均<50 CFU/ml;低浓度(5 ppm)持续性消毒过程中,菌落总数<20 CFU/ml.结论 口腔综合治疗台水路中存在微生物污染,高浓度弱酸性次氯酸对清除DUWLs生物膜有显著效果,低浓度弱酸性次氯酸能够抑制管道内微生物的生长.
Effect of slightly acidic hypochlorous acid on disinfection of dental unit waterlines
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of slightly acidic hypochlorous acid on disinfection of dental unit wa-terlines(DUWLs)and removal of biofilms.METHODS A total of 108 water samples were collected from dental handpieces,three-way syringes and mouthwash water of 36 dental units of stomatology department.The status of microbial contamination was observed and identified.The water supply pipelines and DUWLs were rinsed and dis-infected with different concentrations of hypochlorous acid.Totally 13 dental chairs were randomly selected,and the water samples were collected from the dental handpieces,three-way syringes and mouthwash water for micro-bial culture after the disinfection.RESULTS The median total bacterial colony counts of the dental handpieces was 340 CFU/ml before the disinfection,the three-way syringes 240 CFU/ml,the mouth wash water 217 CFU/ml.Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Sphingobacterium thalpophilum and Chryseobacterium indologenes were dominant a-mong the isolated pathogens.When 50 ppm of hypochlorous acid was used for regular disinfection,the total bacte-rial colony counts of the water samples from ends of DUWLs declined on the 1st day,then rapidly rose and reached the peak on the 3rd-5th day;the median total bacterial colony counts of the water samples at the outlets after the disinfection were more than 10 times as those before the disinfection,and the water samples presented with yellow-brown flocculent substance.The total bacterial colony counts were decreased after the disinfection for 7 days.When 100 ppm of hypochlorous acid was used for regular disinfection,the total bacterial colony counts of the water samples from ends of DUWLs declined sharply on the 1st day,the total bacterial colony counts of the water samples at the outlets were less than 50 CFU/ml on the 3rd day.The bacterial colony counts were less than 20 CFU/ml during the process of persistent disinfection with 5 ppm low concentration.CONCLUSION There is microbial contamination in the DUWs.The high concentration of slightly acidic hypochlorous acid can achieve re-markable effect on eradicating the biofilms of DUWLs,and the low concentration of slightly acidic hypochlorous acid can inhibit the growth of microorganism inside the pipelines.
