碳青霉烯类抗菌药物被誉为对抗病原菌的最后一道防线,然而近年来鲍氏不动杆菌(AB)耐药性增长严重,是世界范围内最具挑战性的医院获得性病原体之一.噬菌体作为细菌的天然杀手,在应对其日益增长的多药耐药性威胁具有巨大潜力.本文综述了目前大部分噬菌体对抗AB的研究,按照单噬菌体疗法、噬菌体鸡尾酒疗法、噬菌体衍生酶来对抗病原体等方面进行分类阐述,并探讨治疗效果,为鲍氏不动杆菌噬菌体的临床应用提供更全面的认识和理论支持.
Carbapenem antibiotics are known as the last line of defense against pathogenic bacteria,however,the Acinetobacter baumannii shows an increasingly drug resistance in recent years and has become one of most chal-lenging hospital-acquired pathogens worldwide.As natural killers against bacteria,phages have great potential in tackling the growing threat of multidrug resistance.In this review,most of the current studies on bacteriophage a-gainst A.baumannii were summarized in terms of single phage therapy,bacteriophage cocktail therapy,bacterio-phage derived enzymes against pathogens,and the therapeutic effects were discussed.This paper aims to provide a more comprehensive understanding of A.baumannii phages and theoretical support for the clinical application of A.baumannii phages.
