摘要
人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者的预期寿命随着抗反转录病毒治疗(ART)的广泛应用不断延长.然而,病毒感染所导致的机体免疫抑制状态使得HIV感染者恶性肿瘤发生率远高于普通人群,成为当前亟待解决的问题.本文旨在通过梳理国内外艾滋病合并恶性肿瘤的流行病学情况,总结不同地区的发病状况,系统阐述艾滋病合并恶性肿瘤的发病机制,包括病毒感染、免疫激活与炎症反应、炎症介质等方面,探讨艾滋病合并恶性肿瘤的治疗现状与挑战,为该病的预防、治疗等方面提供多角度借鉴.
Abstract
The widespread use of anti-retroviral therapy(ART)constantly extends the life expectancy of people living with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection.However,the immunosuppressive state caused by vi-ral infection makes the higher incidence of malignant tumors among the people with HIV infection than among the common population and is urgent to be solved.The article aims to sort out the epidemiological characteristics of complication with malignant tumors among the population with AIDS in China and abroad and summarize the prevalence among the population in different regions.Besides,it also systematically interprets the pathogenesis of malignant tumors in the AIDS population,including viral infection,immune activation and inflammatory media-tors,The article also explores the current status of treatment of AIDS population complicated with malignant tumors so as to provide multi-angle reference for prevention and treatment of the disease.
