甘肃省医疗机构医院感染管理专职人员现状调查

目的 调查甘肃省医疗机构医院感染管理专职人员配置及结构现状,为合理配备医院感染管理专职人员提供科学依据.方法 2023年10月对甘肃省228家二级及以上医疗机构进行医院感染管理科室配置和医院感染管理专职人员基本情况的现状调查.结果 在被调查的228家医疗机构中,90.4%二级及以上医疗机构单独设置有医院感染管理科;部分医疗机构医院感染管理专职人员配置<1人/200张实际床位数;228家医疗机构共有医院感染管理专职人员753名,年龄以>25~40岁为主,占总人数的53.8%,其次为>40~55岁,占总人数的37.1%;从医疗机构分布情况分析,70%以上的医疗机构医院感染管理专职人员以>25~55岁为主;三级医疗机构的学历和专业配置优于二级医疗机构(x2=26.062,P<0.001),三级医疗机构中拥有本科学历和硕士学历的机构多于二级医疗机构(x2=35.310,P<0.001).结论 甘肃省二级及以上医疗机构医院感染管理科专职人员基本配置合适,部分医疗机构仍存在数量不足,专业单一、学历较低等问题.各医疗机构和卫生行政主管部门根据具体情况采用激励机制等方式引进高学历、年轻、不同专业尤其是临床和公共卫生专业人员,形成本单位或区域化能够处理医院感染相关工作和应对重大传染病等公共卫生事件的专业型、复合型、高水平医院感染管理专业队伍.
Current status of full-time personnel of nosocomial infection management in medical institutions of Gansu Province
OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of personnel allocation and structure of nosocomial infec-tion management in medical institutions of Gansu Province so as to provide scientific basis for reasonable allocation of full-time personnel of nosocomial infection management.METHODS A total of 228 secondary or above medical institutions were collected from Gansu Province,the status of allocation of nosocomial infection management de-partments and the basic information of the full-time personnel were investigated.RESULTS Of the 228 medical in-stitutions,90.4%were equipped with department of nosocomial infection management;some of the medical insti-tutions were equipped with less than 1 full-time personnel per 200 beds in actual number.There were 753 full-time personnel of nosocomial infection management in the 228 medical institutions,the personnel aged between 25 and 40 years old were dominant,accounting for 53.8%;the personnel aged between 40 and 55 years old accounted for 37.1%.From the perspective of distribution of the medical institutions,the full-time personnel of nosocomial in-fection management aged between 25 and 55 years old were dominant among more than 70%of the medical insti-tutions.The education level and major allocation of the personnel were better in the tertiary medical institutions than in the secondary institutions(x2=26.062,P<0.001).The number of the personnel who had bachelor degree and master degree was greater in the tertiary medical institutions than in the secondary institutions(x2=35.310,P<0.001).CONCLUSION The basic allocation of full-time personnel of nosocomial infection management is appropri-ate in the secondary or above medical institutions of Gansu Province,there are still some problems such as insufficient quantity,single major and low education level in some of the medical institutions.It is necessary for the medical institu-tions and health administration departments to introduce the highly-educated,young talents of various majors,the per-sonnel of clinical and public health majors in particularly,by adopting inventive mechanisms so as to forge a professional,inter-disciplinary and high-level professional team of nosocomial infection management that can deal with nosocomial in-fection-related jobs and cope with public health events such as serious infectious diseases.
