2023年郑州市130家医疗机构医院感染预防与控制人员岗位胜任力现状调查

目的 调查郑州市医院感染预防与控制(简称感控)人员岗位胜任力现状.方法 2023年6-7月使用个人基本情况调查表、感控人员胜任力自评量表、职业环境自评表、职业满意度自评表对郑州市130家医疗机构感控人员以问卷星形式进行调查.结果 最终回收问卷459份,有效问卷457份,有效回收率99.56%;岗位胜任力总得分为(214.17±49.76)分,标化得分为(7.14±1.66)分;3个核心维度标化得分从高到低分别为组织协作能力、感控基本能力、职业发展能力;11个子维度中,职业防护方面得分最高,综合知识方面得分最低;感控工作年限越长,岗位胜任力得分越高(P<0.05);职业环境越好,职业满意度越高,岗位胜任力得分越高(P<0.05).结论 郑州市感控人员岗位胜任力仍有较大提升空间,各医疗机构应增加感染预防与控制工作的支持力度,优化感控人员结构,不断提升其岗位胜任力.
Current status of post competency of nosocomial infection prevention and control practitioners in 130 medical institutions of Zhengzhou in 2023
OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of post competency of the nosocomial infection prevention and control practitioners in Zhengzhou.METHODS A questionnaire survey was conducted for the nosocomial infec-tion prevention and control practitioners from 130 medical institutions of Zhengzhou by using personal basic infor-mation questionnaire,competency self-evaluation scale,occupational environment self-evaluation scale and occupa-tional satisfaction self-evaluation scale from Jun 2023 to Jul 2023.RESULTS A total of 459 pieces of questionnaires were finally recycled,457 of which were valid,with the effective rate of recycle 99.56%.The total score of post competency was(214.17±49.76)points,and the standardized score was(7.14±1.66)points.The standardized scores of the 3 core dimensions from high to low were in turn as follows:organizational cooperation ability,basic ability of infection prevention and control,professional development ability.Among 11 sub-dimensions,the occu-pational protection scored the highest,while the comprehensive knowledge scored the lowest.The longer the years of engaging in the infection prevention and control,the higher the score of post competency was(P<0.05).The better the occupational environment,the higher the occupational satisfaction,the higher the score of post compe-tency was(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The post competency of the nosocomial infection prevention and control practi-tioners in Zhengzhou still has large room for improvement,and it is necessary for the medical institutions to increase the support for the infection prevention and control,optimize the structure of the infection control personnel and continuously raise the post competency.
