Analysis of pathogenic bacteria of anaerobic bacterial infections in trauma wounds of orthopedic trauma patients and drug resistance in a hospital,2019 to 2022
OBJECTIVE To explore the pathogenic bacteria of anaerobic bacterial infections in trauma wounds of or-thopedic trauma patients in a hospital from 2019 to 2022.METHOD A total of 233 patients with wound anaerobic bacteria infections admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of a hospital from 2019 to 2022 were selected as the study subjects, the clinical data of the patients were obtained, and their clinical characteristics, etiological results and drug susceptibility results were analyzed.RESULTS The 233 patients were mainly characterized by males(77.68% ),age of ≥60 years(43.78% ),intraoperative collection of tissue(48.50% ),type Ⅲ wounds(75.54% ),mixed bacterial infections(74.68% ),and healing(91.42% ),and the infection indicators of patients were elevated compared to the normal level.A total of 307 strains of anaerobic bacteria were detected in 233 cases, with gram-positive anaerobic bacteria predominating in 58.31% of the cases,of which Clostridium accounted for 24.42% ,anaerobic digestion Streptococcus accounted for 14.98% ,and Fingoldia dahliae accounted for 9.12% .Gram negative anaerobic bacteria accounted for 41.69% ,of which Prevotella accounted for 15.64% ,Bacteroides accounted for 11.72% ,Fusobacterium accounted for 7.17% .181 strains of aerobic bacteria were isolated,of which gram-positive aerobic bacteria accounted for 62.43% and gram-negative aerobic bacteria accounted for 37.57% .Gram-positive anaerobes and gram-negative anaerobes accounted for a relatively high proportion of hand injuries(P<0.05).The resistance rate of Clostridium to metronidazole, clindamycin and penicillin was less than 30% ,and the resistance rate of Peptostreptococcus,Prevotella and Bacteroides to metronidazole, clindamycin and peni-cillin was less than 48% .CONCLUSION Anaerobic bacteria were the main pathogenic bacteria of wound infection in orthopedic trauma patients in a hospital, and the culture of anaerobic bacteria on the wounds of orthopedic trau-ma patients should be strengthened in the clinic to consolidate the treatment effect.
