医院感染管理专职人员消毒与环境监测能力培训体系构建

摘要
目的 构建医院感染管理专职人员消毒与环境监测能力培训体系.方法 基于文献回顾,调查医院感染管理人员对消毒与环境监测培训的需求现况,初步设计专家函询问卷;2023年7-8月,采用德尔菲法对12名从事医院消毒与感控、临床医学、护理安全管理、流行病学和检验医学领域专家进行2轮函询.结果 2轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率均为100％;专家权威系数均为0.97;肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.30、0.37(P＜0.05);最终,医院感染管理人员消毒与环境监测培训体系包含6个一级指标、16个二级指标和86个三级指标.结论 医院感染管理人员消毒与环境监测培训体系具有较高的可靠性和实用性,能为医院开展相关培训提供参考.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To construct a training system for hospital infection management specialists in the areas of disinfection and environmental monitoring.METHODS Based on a literature review,the current demand for train-ing in disinfection and environmental monitoring among hospital infection management specialists was investiga-ted,and an expert correspondence questionnaire was initially drafted.From Jul.to Aug.2023,two rounds of ex-pert correspondence consultations were conducted using Delphi method with 12 experts working in the fields of hospital disinfection and infection control,clinical medicine,nursing safety management,epidemiology,and labo-ratory medicine.RESULTS The effective response rates of 2 rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 100％.The expert authority coefficient were 0.97.The Kendall's harmony coefficient were 0.30 and 0.37 respec-tively(P＜0.05),respectively.Finally,the training system for hospital infection management specialists in disin-fection and environmental monitoring consisted of 6 first-level,16 second-level,and 86 third-level items.CONCLUSION The training system for hospital infection management personnel in disinfection and environmental monitoring was highly reliable and practical,providing guidance for carrying out relevant training.
