Effectiveness of on-line and off-line immersion supervision for the improvement of the rate of antimicrobial pre-treatment pathogenetic delivery
OBJECTIVE To validate the effectiveness of using on-line and off-line immersion supervision to improve the rate of antimicrobial pre-treatment pathogenetic delivery.METHODS In Jan.2022,a special initiative to im-prove the rates of antimicrobial pre-treatment pathogenetic delivery by implementing an online and offline immer-sion supervision model was started. The data related to the delivery rate in the three phases of the survey,2021,2022 and 2023,were compared.RESULTS After the implementation of online-offline immersive supervision, the rates of antimicrobial drug pre-treatment pathogenicity delivery, combined use of key drugs pre-pathogenicity de-livery,hospital infection diagnosis-related pathogenicity delivery, blood, urine and sputum culture specimen deliv-ery,directed and non-directed pathogenicity delivery were 25.03%,12.91%,69.80%,11.81%,3.31%,9.85%,22.84%,and 3.79%,respectively,before supervision, and increased to 62.95%,32.84%,92.96%,13.58%,4.12%,11.73%,42.07%,47.00%and 72.34%,86.31%,94.67%,14.53%,4.52%,20.50%,52.36%,55.31%,respectively,in the first year and the second year post supervision, and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The application of on-line and off-line immersive supervision mode, with the help of information technology platform,real-time monitoring of departmental delivery, could ef-fectively improve the rate of inpatient antimicrobial drug pre-treatment pathogenicity delivery, which was of prac-tical significance for the standardization of the rational use of antibacterial drugs.
