66家医疗机构抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率管理现状调查

摘要
目的 调查重庆市抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率在医院感染防控工作中的管理与应用现状.方法 2023年8月10日-2023年9月10日通过采用网络问卷调查的方式对抽样范围内医院进行调查,对问卷调查数据进行描述性分析.结果 在调研的医院中,有84.85％(56/66)的医院将提高住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率专项工作有相应的组织建设;在收集数据时,大部分医院(89.39％,59/66)已能完全或部分运用信息化采集方式;在对该项指标的重视程度进行主观评价时,66所医院中有64所(96.97％)认为该指标有用,仅有2所(3.03％)认为该指标无用;将医院按照类型、级别及经营性质分类,对数据采集方式和主观评价等数据进行统计学比较发现,不同医院间的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 重庆市医疗机构对于抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检的意识较强,送检项目和送检方式有待提高,应完善医院感染信息化管理,夯实医院感染管理人才队伍建设,定期开展医院感染管理能力的巡回培训,提升各级医院的感染监测能力,助力医院高质量发展.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the current status of management and application of antimicrobial pretreat-ment pathogenetic delivery rate in nosocomial infection prevention and control work in Chongqing.METHOD A network questionnaire was conducted to survey the hospitals within the sampling area from Aug.10,2023,to Sep.10,2023,and the questionnaire data were analyzed descriptively.RESULTS Among the surveyed hospitals,84.85％(56/66)of the hospitals had appropriate organizational structures for the special work of improving the rate of pre-treat-ment antimicrobial drug delivery for inpatients.When collecting data,most of the hospitals(89.39％,59/66)were fully or partially leveraging electronic data collection methodologies.In subjective evaluation of the significance of this metric,64 out of 66 hospitals(96.97％)considered it valuable,with only 3.03％(2/66)considering it irrelevant.Hospitals were classified by types,levels,and operational nature,and statistical comparisons of the data on data collection methods and subjective evaluations found that the differences between different hospitals were statistically significant(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION Medical institutions in Chongqing were more aware of antimicrobial drug pre-treatment pathogenetic deliv-ery,and the delivery program and delivery method need to be improved,which should improve the information manage-ment of hospital infections,consolidate the construction of hospital infection management talent team,and regularly carry out in-service training for hospital infection management capacity,so as to enhance the infection monitoring capacity of hospitals at all levels,and thereby facilitate high-quality development within the healthcare sector.
