精准注气时间在软式内镜管腔干燥效果评价中的应用

目的 探讨不同长度及钳道直径软式内镜循环使用过程达到有效干燥的时间。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年1月浙江大学医学院附属第一医院消化内镜中心七种不同型号的软式内镜,每种型号每个干燥时间组观察30条内镜,采用电子管道镜观察软式内镜钳子管道内部的液滴数目和最大液滴直径;并对每个时间组的软式内镜根据是否观察到水滴进行分类,比较同种型号下不同时间组的内镜干燥效果差异。结果 对于活检管道直径为2 mm,长度为1 m的内镜,注气1 min内镜未发现水滴;对于活检管道直径为2。8 mm,长度为1 m的内镜,注气2 min未发现水滴;对于活检管道直径为3。2 mm,长度为1 m的内镜,注气3 min未发现水滴;对于活检管道直径为3。2 mm,长度为1。3 m的内镜注气3。5 min未发现水滴;对于活检管道直径为3。2 mm,长度为1。6 m的内镜,注气4 min未发现水滴;对于活检管道直径为3。7 mm,长度为1。3 m的内镜,注气4 min未发现水滴;对于活检管道直径为3。7 mm,长度为1。6 m的内镜,注气5。5 min未发现水滴。结论 结合本实验的管道镜观察结果,建议对活检管道直径为2 mm,长度为1m的内镜的注气时间不低于1 min;活检管道直径为2。8 mm,长度为1 m的内镜注气时间不低于2 min;活检管道直径为3。2 mm,长度为1 m的内镜注气时间不低于3 min;活检管道直径为3。2 mm,长度为1。3 m的内镜注气时间不低于3。5 min;活检管道直径为3。2 mm,长度为1。6 m的内镜和活检管道直径为3。7 mm,长度为1。3 m的内镜注气时间不低于4 min;活检管道直径为3。7 mm,长度为1。6 m的内镜注气时间不低于5。5 min。
Application of precise gas injection time in the evaluation of drying effect of soft endoscopic lumens
OBJECTIVE To investigate the time to achieve effective drying during the cyclic use of soft endoscopes with different lengths and clamp diameters.MERHODS Seven different models of endoscopes in the Digestive En-doscopy Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from Jan.2022 to Jan.2024 were selected,and 30 endoscopes were observed in each drying time group of each model,and the number of droplets inside the tubes of soft endoscopes and the diameter of the largest droplet were observed by using an elec-tronic endoscope.The soft endoscopes in each time group were also categorized according to whether or not the water droplets were observed,and the differences in endoscopic drying effects of different time groups were com-pared with those of the same models.RESULTS For an endoscope with a biopsy tube diameter of 2mm and a length of 1 m,no water droplets were found for 1 minute of gas injection.For an endoscope with a biopsy tube di-ameter of 2.8 mm and a length of 1 m,no water droplets were found for 2 minutes of gas injection.For an endo-scope with a biopsy tube diameter of 3.2 mm and a length of 1 m,no water droplets were found for 3 minutes of gas injection.For the biopsy tube with a diameter of 3.2 mm and a length of 1.3 m,no water droplets were found for 3.5 minutes of endoscopic gas injection.For an endoscope with a biopsy tube diameter of 3.2 mm and a length of 1.6 m,no water droplets were found for 4 minutes of gas injection.For an endoscope with a biopsy tube diame-ter of 3.7 mm and a length of 1.3 m,no water droplets were found for 4 minutes of gas injection.For an endo-scope with a biopsy tube diameter of 3.7 mm and a length of 1.6 m,no water droplets were found for 5.5 minutes of gas injection.CONCLUSIONS Based on the observation results of the endoscope in this experiment,it is recom-mended that the gas injection time for the endoscope with a biopsy tube diameter of 2 mm and a length of lm should not be less than 1 minute.The biopsy tube diameter is 2.8 mm,and the endoscopic gas injection time for a length of lm is not less than 2 minutes.The biopsy tube diameter is 3.2 mm long,and the endoscopic gas injec-tion time for a length of 1m is not less than 3 minutes.The biopsy tube diameter is 3.2 mm long,and the endo-scopic gas injection time for a length of 1.3 m is not less than 3.5 min.The biopsy tube diameter is 3.2 mm,the length of the endoscope and biopsy tube diameter is 3.7,and the injection time of the endoscope with a length of 1.3 is not less than 4 minutes.The biopsy tube diameter is 3.7 mm in length and the endoscopic gas injection time for a 1.6 m length is not less than 5.5 min.
