不同清洗剂对隔夜硬式内镜器械的清洗效果

目的 评估不同清洗剂对隔夜硬式内镜清洗的清洗效果.方法 2023年7-12月将320套内镜器械进行分组,每组有相同结构、相似型号内镜器械80组,使用多酶清洗液、碱性清洗液、保湿凝胶清洗剂、发泡型保湿剂等不同成分的清洗剂处理隔夜的内镜器械,通过目测法、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光检测法及管腔器械检测工作站(带光源50倍放大镜),评估各组间的差异.结果 在处理内镜器械的清洗过程中,以目测法、ATP荧光检测法及管腔器械检测工作站3种方法对内镜器械进行检测,发泡型保湿剂组的内镜表面清洗效果合格率分别为88.75%、86.25%、83.75%,管腔内壁清洗合格率分别为87.50%、85.00%、81.25%,其他三组器械的清洗合格率均在80.00%以下.结论 4种清洗剂中,发泡型的清洗剂处理隔夜硬式内镜器械清洗合格率最高.
Effectiveness of different cleaning agents on overnight rigid endoscopic instruments
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the cleaning effect of different cleaning agents on overnight rigid endoscope cleaning.METHOD From Jul.to Dec.2023,320 sets of endoscopic instruments were divided into groups,each group had 80 sets of endoscopic instruments of the same structure and similar models,and the overnight endo-scopic instruments were treated with cleaning agents of different compositions,such as multi-enzyme cleaning so-lution,alkaline cleaning solution,moisturizing gel cleaning agent,foaming moisturizer,etc.,and the differences among the groups were evaluated by visual inspection method,adenosine triphosphate(ATP)fluorescence detec-tion method and luminal instrument detection workstation(50× magnifying glass with light source).RESULTS In the process of cleaning endoscopic instruments,the three cleaning methods of visual inspection method,ATP fluo-rescence detection method and lumen instrument detection workstation were used for test of the endoscopic instru-ments,the qualified rate of endoscopic surface cleaning effect in the foam humectant group was 88.75%,86.25%and 83.75%,respectively,and the qualified rate of lumen inner wall cleaning was 87.50%,85.00%and 81.25%,respectively,and the cleaning pass rates of the other three groups were below 80.00%.CONCLUSION Of the four cleaning agents,the foam type of cleaning agent had the highest pass rate for overnight rigid endoscop-ic instrument cleaning.
