摘要
目的 评价调整消毒供应中心装配包装岗工作时间后工作人员视疲劳的差异及其对消毒供应中心工作质量的影响.方法 于2023年6月选取某公立医院消毒供应中心装配包装岗12名工作人员,在总体工作和休息时间相同的前提下,设定对照组A组(按需休息),干预B组(工作75 min休息15 min)、干预C组(工作50 min休息10 min)、干预D组(工作25 min休息5 min),分别检测四组工作人员的视力及干眼症状,同时评估器械包检查组配错误率.结果 A、B、C组研究对象的左眼视力与D组间有统计学差异,而右眼四组间未发现统计学差异;不同分组间干眼症量表评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.125).结论 保证休息时间对缓解视疲劳具有一定作用.建议消毒供应中心重视眼睛休息.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the difference in visual fatigue among staff after adjusting the working hours of the assembly and packaging positions in the central sterile supply department and its impact on the work quality.METHODS During Jun.2023,12 staff members at the assembly and packaging post of a public hospital's CSSD were selected,and under the premise of the same overall working and resting time,a control group A(resting as needed),an intervention group B(resting 15 min for 75 min of work),an intervention group C(resting 10 min for 50 min of work),an intervention group D(resting 5 min for 25 min of work)were set up,respectively.The visual acuity and dry eye symptoms of the staff in the four groups were examined,and the rate of error in the as-sembly of instrument kits was also assessed.RESULTS There was a statistically significant difference in the left eye vision between groups A,B,C and D,while no statistically significant difference was found among the four groups in the right eye vision.The differences in the dry eye symptom score between the different groups were not statistically significant.CONCLUSION Ensuring rest time had a certain effect on alleviating visual fatigue.It is rec-ommended that the manager should pay attention to eye rest.
