消毒供应中心信息管理系统的优化应用

目的 针对消毒供应中心信息管理系统优化,评价其在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果.方法 基于信息系统"人-机-物品-患者"一体化管理原则,陆军军医大学第二附属医院2023年6月启动优化信息系统方案,实现器械在临床应用与消毒供应中心处理的全闭环,强调重点环节感染风险溯源追踪,增加一院三区消毒供应中心业务共享服务流程,共享信息资源.比较信息优化前(2023年1-5月)与信息优化后(2023年6-10月)器械处理重点环节质量抽查合格率、手术器械包调配处理合格率以及手术室医护人员对器械包追溯信息应用的满意度.结果 信息系统优化应用前后器械处理重点环节质量抽查,回收合格率90.33%提升至95.67%,清洗合格率94.67%提升至98.17%,包装合格率97.00%提升至99.33%,发放合格率97.83%提升至99.67%,比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);手术器械包调配处理合格率由优化前88.04%提升至优化后97.22%,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);手术室医护人员对器械包信息追溯系统使用满意度达100.00%.结论 优化信息管理系统在消毒供应中心管理中的应用效果显著,实现器械使用处理全流程闭环管理,满足从"人-机-物品-患者"一体化管理中多条件、多角度对复用无菌物品整个生命周期流转过程追溯,一院三区消毒供应中心业务共享服务流程,实现资源应用共享,提高了工作质量和效率,提升了临床服务满意度.
Optimization application of information management system in central sterile supply department
OBJECTIVE To optimize the information management system of central sterile supply department and e-valuate its application effect in central sterile supply department management.METHODS Based on the principle of integrated management of information systems"person-machine-item-patient",The Second Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University launched the optimization of the information system program at Jun.2023 to achieve the full closure of the clinical application of devices and disinfection and supply center processing,emphasizing the traceability of infection risks in key links,and increasing the shared service process and information resources of the central sterile supply department in one hospital and three districts.The passing rate of quality sampling in key aspects of instrument handling,the passing rate of surgical instrument kit deployment and handling,and the satis-faction of operating room medical staff with the application of traceability information for instrument kits before information optimization(from Jan.to May 2023)and after information optimization(from Jun.to Oct.2023).RESULTS Before and after the optimization and application of the information systems,sampling the quality of key aspects of instrument processing,the recovery pass rate of 90.33%increased to 95.67%,the cleaning pass rate of 94.67%increased to 98.17%,the packaging pass rate of 97.00%increased to 99.33%,and the distribution pass rate of 97.83%increased to 99.67%,which were compared with the statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The qualified rate of surgical instrument package allocation and processing increased from 88.04%before optimi-zation to 97.22%after optimization,with a statistically significant difference in comparison(P<0.05);The satisfaction of medical and nursing staff in the operating room with the use of the instrument package information traceability system reached 100.00%.CONCLUSION The application effect of optimizing the information management system in the man-agement of disinfection supply centers was significant,realizing the closed-loop management of the entire process of in-strument use and processing,satisfying the traceability of the entire life cycle of reusable sterile items from the integrated management of"human-machine-item-patient"with multiple conditions and perspectives,and sharing of resources and application of shared process among the disinfection and supply centers in one hospital and three districts,realizing re-source application sharing,improving work quality and efficiency,and enhancing clinical service satisfaction.
