摘要

随着医学技术的发展,肺部微生物组在呼吸机相关肺炎(VAP)中的作用日益受到关注,VAP是机械通气患者常见的医院获得性感染,其发生发展与肺部微生物组的失衡密切相关.然而,目前在VAP的发生发展过程中,对于肺部微生物群落变化及其作用机制的认识与相关研究依然有限.本文通过综述近年来国内外学者对肺部微生物组的研究进展,探讨肺部微生物组与VAP发生发展的相互作用,强调其在VAP早期诊断中的价值,并提出了调控肺部微生物组的防控策略,为VAP的预防、患者管理和治疗提供新的视角.

Abstract

With the development of medical technology,the relationship between pulmonary microbiome and venti-lator-associated pneumonia(VAP)draws increasing attention.As a type of common hospital-acquired infection among mechanical ventilation patients,VAP is closely associated with the imbalance of pulmonary microbiome.However,the cognition of changes of pulmonary microbiome and action mechanisms and relevant studies remains insufficient during the process of emergence and development of VAP.The progress of research on the pulmonary microbiome that the scholars of China and abroad engaged in is reviewed in the article,the interaction between the pulmonary microbiome and the emergence and development of VAP is explored,and the value of change of pulmo-nary microbiome in early diagnosis of VAP is emphasized.The prevention strategies for regulation of pulmonary microbiome are proposed so as to offer new perspective for prevention of VAP,management and treatment of the patients.
