摘要
中国公民逝世后器官捐献的变革促进了移植事业的健康发展,同时对人体捐献器官获取质量控制提出了更高要求.我国已建立人体器官捐献与移植的五大科学管理体系,其中人体捐献器官获取是衔接器官捐献与移植的桥梁.本文将结合中国医院协会器官获取与分配工作委员会和国家人体捐献器官获取质量控制中心的前期工作基础,对我国人体捐献器官获取质量控制体系建设展开探讨,为我国器官捐献与移植事业的高质量、健康可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
The implementation of organ donation after citizen's death has promoted the reform of organ donation and transplantation in China.Healthier requirements have been put forward for the quality control of human organ donation.China has established five scientific management systems for human organ donation and transplantation,among which human donor organ acquisition is the bridge between organ donation and organ transplantation.Based on the preliminary work of the Organ Acquisition and Distribution Committee of the China Hospital Association and the National Quality Control Center for Donated Organ Procurement,we have discussed the construction of a quality control system for human organ donation and transplantation,providing reference for the high-quality,healthy,and sustainable development of organ donation and transplantation in China.
