摘要
叙事医学是具备叙事能力的医务人员所实践的医学,能有效提高医护人员的共情能力、促进医患沟通、缓解医患矛盾及改善患者预后.近年来,不少医务人员感受到叙事医学在器官移植及器官捐献中的应用价值,并将叙事医学工具引入器官移植及器官捐献中,取得了不错的效果.本文就叙事医学在培养器官移植医护人员共情和反思能力、器官捐献沟通、临床教学及健康科普方面的应用及价值作一综述.
Abstract
Narrative medicine is practiced by medical staff with narrative competence,which can effectively improve the empathic ability,promote doctor-patient communication,alleviate doctor-patient conflicts and improve prognosis of patients.In recent years,many medical staff have felt the value of narrative medicine in organ transplantation and organ donation,and applicated narrative medicine into organ transplantation and organ donation with good results.In this article,we review the application and value of narrative medicine in cultivating empathy and reflective ability,organ donation communication,clinical teaching and health popularization for medical staff in the field of organ transplantation.
