酒石酸美托洛尔与盐酸伊伐布雷定治疗老年高血压并发心衰的疗效
Effects of Metoprolol Tartrate Combined with Ivabradine Hydrochloride on Cardiac Function in Elderly Patients with Hypertension Complicated with Chronic Heart Failure

摘要
目的 分析酒石酸美托洛尔联合盐酸伊伐布雷定对老年高血压并发慢性心力衰竭患者心脏功能、运动耐力及血浆N末端B型脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-Brain Natriuretic Peptide,NT-proBNP)和心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cardiac Troponin Ⅰ,cTnⅠ)水平的影响.方法 选择2023年1月至2023年12月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院收治的60例老年高血压并发慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组:对照组和联合治疗组.对照组患者接受酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,联合治疗组患者在此基础上加用盐酸伊伐布雷定.通过比较两组患者的心脏功能指标、运动耐力以及血浆NT-proBNP和cTnⅠ水平的变化,评估联合治疗的疗效.结果 酒石酸美托洛尔联合盐酸伊伐布雷定治疗老年高血压并发慢性心力衰竭患者相较于单独使用酒石酸美托洛尔能明显改善患者的心脏功能、运动耐力,并降低血浆N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)和心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)的水平(P＜0.05).结论 酒石酸美托洛尔联合盐酸伊伐布雷定在治疗老年高血压并发慢性心力衰竭患者时能够明显改善心脏功能,提高运动耐力,并降低血浆NT-proBNP和cTnⅠ水平.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of metoprolol tartrate combined with Ivabradine hydrochlo-ride on cardiac function,exercise endurance,and plasma N-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proB-NP)and cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)levels in elderly patients with hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure.Methods 60 elderly patients with hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the combined treatment group.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate,while the combined treatment group was treated with Ivabradine hydrochloride.The efficacy of the combination therapy was evaluated by comparing cardiac function markers,exercise endurance,and the changes of plasma levels of NT-proBNP and cTnⅠ between the two groups.Results Compared with using only metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure,metoprolol tartrate combined with ivabradine hydrochloride can significantly improve the cardiac function and exercise endurance,and reduce the levels of plasma N-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol tartrate combined with ivabradine hydrochloride can significant-ly improve cardiac function,increase exercise endur-ance,and reduce plasma NT-proBNP and cTnⅠ levels in elderly patients with hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure.
