崩漏病中医穴位贴敷联合路径式护理的效果观察

摘要
目的 探讨中医穴位贴敷联合路径式护理在崩漏病患者护理中的应用效果,以期为提高崩漏病患者的护理质量和治疗效果提供新的思路和方法.方法 入组86崩漏病患者,根据护理方法分为观察组与对照组,每组各43例.对照组患者仅接受常规护理,观察组患者接受路径式护理联合中医穴位贴敷治疗.在治疗和护理过程中,对两组患者的症状改善情况、生活质量变化等进行观察和记录,并进行统计分析.结果 实验组患者症状改善、生活质量评分为、中医症状改善情况及护理满意度均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 路径式护理联合中医穴位贴敷能够提高患者的生活质量和满意度,为崩漏病的治疗提供新的思路和方法,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective Explore the application effect of path-based nursing combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the nursing care of patients with leaky disease,in order to provide new ideas and methods for improving the nursing quality and therapeutic effect of patients with leaky disease.Methods 86 patients with collapse and leakage disease were enrolled and divided into the observation group and the control group based on nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group patients only received routine care,while the observation group patients received pathway nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application treatment.During the treatment and nursing process,we observe and record the improvement of symptoms,changes in quality of life,and conduct statistical analysis on the two groups of patients.Results The improvement of symptoms,quality of life score,improvement of TCM symptoms,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Pathway nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of metrorrhagia and leakage disease,which is worth promoting.
