摘要
目的 评估糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者医学营养的应用效果.方法 回顾性选取2021年2月至2023年10月本院糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者60例,分为医学营养组、膳食指导组两组,各30例.统计分析两组血糖水平、肾功能、营养状况、人体成分指标、预后相关指标、不良反应发生情况.结果 医学营养组患者的血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平均低于膳食指导组(P＜0.05),白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(Alb)、总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(TFR)、每日蛋白分解率(nPCR)、每日摄入蛋白量(DPI)均高于膳食指导组(P＜0.05).医学营养组患者的不良反应发生率6.67％(2/30)低于膳食指导组40.00％(12/30)(x2=9.317,P＜0.05).结论 糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者医学营养的应用效果较膳食指导好.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of medicine nutrition therapy in patients with diabetes nephropathy treated with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods 60 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into two groups:the medical nutrition group and the diet guidance group,with 30 cases in each group.The blood glucose levels,renal function,nutritional status,body composition indicators,prognosis related indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The Scr,BUN,and β2-MG level of the medical nutrition group were lower than those in the dietary guidance group(P＜0.05),while the PA,Alb,TP,Hb,TFR,nPCR,and DPI of the medical nutrition group were higher than those in the dietary guidance group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the medical nutrition group was 6.67％(2/30)lower than that in the dietary guidance group,which was 40.00％(12/30)(x2=9.317,P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of TCM nutrition for patients with diabetes nephropathy treated by maintenance hemodialysis is better than the effect of dietary guidance.
