摘要
目的 开展灾害脆弱性分析,指导医院应急管理质量的提升.方法 基于Kaiser模型的风险评估矩阵对新时期医院面临的潜在危害进行识别,进行风险评估,明确应对重点.结果 通过灾害脆弱性分析,确定医院需要优先应对的突发风险事件,进一步完善医院应急管理措施,提升医院应急管理能力.结论 基于Kaiser模型的灾害脆弱性分析能指导医院应急管理部署,尤其在新时期,县级医院的应急管理能力尚需进一步提高.
Abstract
Objective To conduct disaster vulnerability analysis in order to guide the improvement of emergency management quality in hospitals.Methods Based on the risk assessment matrix of the Caesar model,identify the potential hazards faced by hospitals in the new era,conduct risk assessment,and clarify the focus of response.Results Through disaster vulnerability analysis,the emergency risk events that hospitals need to prioritize are identified,and emergency management measures are further improved to enhance the hospital's emergency management capabilities.Conclusion Disaster vulnerability analysis based on the Caesar model can guide the deployment of emergency management in hospitals,especially in the new era,where the emergency management capabilities of county-level hospitals still need to be further improved.
