摘要
目的 研究老干部病房中风险评估管理的应用效果.方法 采取回顾性研究方法,选择2020年2月至2023年2月厦门大学附属第一医院老干部病房收治的患者100例为研究对象,分为风险评估管理组和常规护理管理组,每组各50例.统计分析两组风险事件发生情况、心理状态等.结果 风险评估管理组患者的风险事件发生率低于常规护理管理组(P＜0.05),焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于常规护理管理组(P＜0.05),躯体疼痛、生命活力、生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能、精神健康、总体健康评分均高于常规护理管理组(P＜0.05),病房管理、技术水平、基础护理、专科护理、危重症护理、操作技能、服务态度评分均高于常规护理管理组(P＜0.05),护理不良事件发生率为8.00％(4/50),低于常规护理管理组38.00％(19/50)(x2=12.705,P＜0.05)],护理满意度为98.00％(49/50),高于常规护理管理组[74.00％(37/50)(x2=11.960,P＜0.05)],护理投诉率为6.00％(3/50),低于常规护理管理组[30.00％(15/50)(x2=9.756,P＜0.05)].结论 老干部病房中风险评估管理的应用效果较常规护理管理好.
Abstract
objective To study the effect of risk assessment management inward of veteran cadres.Meth-ods A retrospective study was conducted,from February 2020 to February 2023,100 patients were selected and di-vided into two groups,which are risk assessment group and regular nursing group,with 50 cases in each group.Sta-tistical analysis is used to observe the risk events,psychological status,etc of the two groups.Results The incidence of risk events in the risk assessment group was lower than that in the regular nursing group(P＜0.05),and the scores of anxiety and depression of the risk assessment group were lower than that of the regular nursing group(P＜0.05).The scores of physical pain,vitality,physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,social function,mental health,and general health of the risk assessment group were higher than those of the regular nursing group(P＜0.05).The scores of Ward Management,technical level,basic nursing,specialized nursing,critical care,operation skills,and service attitude of the risk assessment group were all higher than those of the regular nursing group(P＜0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events of the risk assessment group was 8.00％(4/50)which was lower than that of the regular nursing group(38.00％,19/50)(x2=12.705,P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the risk assessment group was 98.00％(49/50)which was higher than that of the regular nursing group(74.00％,37/5068)(x2=11.960,P＜0.05).The rate of nursing complaint of risk assessment group was 6.00％(3/50)which was lower than that of the regular nursing group(30.00％,15/50)(x2=9.756,P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of risk assessment management is better than that of regular nursing management.
