中医预防保健指导对高血压患者血压控制的效果分析

摘要
目的 评价在高血压患者的管理工作中,应用中医预防保健指导的效果及价值.方法 选取临朐县疾病预防控制中心2021年8月-2022年8月登记的85例高血压患者,依据干预方案差异分为观察组(45例)和对照组(40例).观察两组患者临床症状(血压水平)改善情况、中医症状积分和生活质量结果.结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者血压各指标数值较低,血管内皮功能数值明显呈更低显示(P＜0.05).与对照组中医症状积分指标相比,观察组患者晕眩、头痛、心悸气短各指标数值较低(P＜0.05).与对照组患者生活质量指标相比,观察组患者躯体功能、心理功能等生活质量数值较高呈现(P＜0.05).结论 中医预防保健指导工作的开展,可提高高血压患者的自我管理能力,良好控制机体血压水平的同时提高其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect and value of TCM preventive health care guidance in the management of hypertension patients.Methods We selected 85 hypertensive patients registered at the Disease Control and Prevention Center of Linqu County from August 2021 to August 2022.According to the differences in intervention plans,they were divided into the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(40 cases).We observed the improvement of clinical symptoms(blood pressure levels),traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and quality of life outcomes in two groups of patients.Results Compared with the control group after intervention,the blood pressure of the observation group was lower,and the vascular endothelial function were significantly lower(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the indexes of dizziness,headache,palpitation and shortness of breath of the observation group were lower(P＜0.05).Compared with the quality of life index of patients in the control group,the quality of life index of patients in the observation group were higher,including physical function,psychological function,etc.(P＜0.05).Conclusion The development of TCM prevention and health care guidance can improve the self-management ability of hypertension patients,control their blood pressure level better and improve their quality of life.
