摘要

目的 回顾性分析乳腺腺体结构超声特征分级与乳腺疾病的关系,研究不同超声分级的乳腺腺体发生乳腺疾病的影响因素,探讨乳腺腺体超声结构特征分级在乳腺疾病诊断中的价值.方法 收集2021年1月至2023年1月大庆龙南医院乳腺超声检查患者3000例,患者检查资料均进行乳腺影像报告和数据系统(DataSystem,BI-RADS)分类诊断,阳性病例均通过手术并得到病理证实.同时进行乳腺腺体超声结构特征分级,将乳腺腺体结构特征分为6级.分析乳腺腺体结构超声特征分级与阳性病例之间的相关性,分析不同乳腺腺体超声特征分级人群之间罹患乳腺疾病的特征差异.结果 乳腺腺体结构超声特征6个分级人群中乳腺腺体超声分型对分级结果影响最大,雌激素相关饮食及药物、体质量指数BMI、年龄的影响依次降低,内分泌的影响最小.病理结果与分级结果的相关系数为0.716,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000).结论 乳腺腺体结构超声特征分级能够有效地预示患者乳腺腺体患病几率,在临床诊断中具有明显的诊断价值,在乳腺检查中对乳腺腺体结构超声特征的分级评价可以很好的提示医生及患者重视乳腺患病的风险,具有较高的应用价值.

Abstract

Objective To retrospectively analyze the relationship between ultrasound feature grading of breast gland structure and breast diseases,study the influencing factors of breast diseases in breast glands with differ-ent ultrasound grades,and explore the value of ultrasound feature grading of breast glands in the diagnosis of breast diseases.Methods A total of 3000 patientswho underwent breast ultrasound examination from January 2021 to January 2023 were collectedfrom Daqing Longnan Hospital.All patient examination data were classified and diag-nosed using Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System(BI-RADS).All positive cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology.Simultaneously,we classified the ultrasound structural features of breast glands into 6 levels,analyzed the correlation between ultrasound feature grading of breast gland structure and positive cases,and statistically ana-lyzed the differences in breast disease characteristics among populations with different ultrasound feature grading of breast glands.Results Among the six graded populations,breast gland ultrasound classification had the greatest impact on the grading results.The effects of estrogen related diet and medication,body mass index(BMI),and age decreased sequentially,while endocrine got the least impact.The correlation coefficient between pathological results and grading results is 0.716,P=0.000,with statistical significance.Conclusion The grading of ultrasound fea-tures of breast gland structure can effectively predict the probability of breast gland disease in patients,and has significant diagnostic value in clinical diagnosis.The grading evaluation of ultrasound features of breast gland structure in breast examination can effectively alert doctors and patients to pay attention to the risk of breast disease,and has high application value.
