手术室急诊绿色通道优化护理管理对急诊抢救患者的影响分析

摘要
目的 观察手术室抢救患者中采用急诊绿色通道优化护理方法的成效.方法 纳入89例厦门市第五医院2022年3月至2023年3月接收的急诊抢救患者,随机分为两组,观察组45例,对照组44例,分别采用绿色通道优化护理管理方法与常规急诊抢救护理方法,对比结果差异.结果 观察组患者24h抢救成功率更高,从入院到手术时间、急诊科滞留时间、分诊评估时间、抢救时间、手术完成时间和心脏复苏时间更低,pH、血氧分压、动脉血氧饱和度更高,二氧化碳分压更低,患者对护理满意度更高.以上指标两组结果差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对手术室急诊抢救患者实施急诊绿色通道优化护理管理方法,有利于患者抢救成功率的提升,减少了患者的分诊、滞留时间,提高了患者对护理的满意度.整体效果优越性更显著,可用于临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of implementing emergency green channel nursing management in operating room in rescuing patients.Methods A total of 89 rescue patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(n=45)and the control group(n=44)were given routine emergency nursing,and the difference of the results was compared.Results In the observation group,the success rate of 24-hour rescue was higher,the time from admission to operation,the stay time in emergency department,the time of triage and evaluation,the time of rescue,the time of operation completion,and the time of cardiac resuscitation were lower,pH,partial pressure of oxygen,and arterial oxygenation were higher,partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower,and patients were more satisfied with nursing.There were significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion Carrying out the green channel nursing management method in the emergency rescue of patients in the operating room is beneficial to improve the success rate of rescue and reduce the time of triage and retention of patients,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing care.The overall effect is very significant,so it can be used for clinical promotion.
