多西他赛联合奈达铂方案使用留置针拔管时间的探讨

摘要
目的 探讨使用外周静脉留置针输注化疗时,留置针保留时间.方法 采用整群抽样法,选取重庆医科大学附属第一医院肿瘤科2021年8月至2022年2月使用外周静脉短导管输注多西他赛联合奈达铂化疗方案的患者共79例作为对照组;2022年3月至2022年8月使用外周静脉短导管输注多西他赛联合奈达铂化疗方案的患者74例作为观察组.对照组:使用留置针输注化疗后,当日拔除;观察组:使用留置针输注化疗后,留置针保留至具备临床拔管指征或治疗结束.结果 两组静脉炎、留置针堵管、敷料松动、渗血渗液等发生率均无明显差异(P＞0.05),观察组明显减少28.2元/人的医疗成本,7.1分钟/人的护理时间(P＜0.05).结论 观察者与对照组并发症发生率无差异,观察组比对照组更节约成本及人力资源.
Abstract
Objective To explore the removal Time of indwelling needle when administering chemothera-py via a peripheral venous catheter.Methods 79 patients receiving peripheral venous short catheter infusion of docetaxel combined with nedaplatin chemotherapy regimen from August 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the control group;74 patients receiving same docetaxel from March 2022 to August 2022 were used as the observation group.Control group:after indwelling needle infusion chemotherapy,removal on the same day.Observation group:after indwelling needle infusion chemotherapy,the indwelling needle was retained until clinical extubation indica-tion or end of the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of phlebitis,indwelling needle plugging,dressing loosening,and blood exudation between the two groups(P＞0.05),but the observation group significantly reduced the medical cost by 28.2 yuan/person and 7.1 minutes/person compared to the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion There was no difference on the complication incidence rate between the observa-tion and the control group,but the observation group saved more cost and human resources than the control group.
